Where do I put the name or letter that I want for my custom jewelry?
- Please include all your name and other specifications in the "Add a note to your order" box when you checkout.
How can I track my order?
- When your order is shipped you will automatically receive your tracking information via email. If you have not received an email, your order has not shipped. Please visit our "Policy" page for more information on our processing and shipping process.
Is the jewelry real?
- Most of our jewelry is stainless steel and PLATED in 18k Gold or Sterling silver. Our custom bamboo earrings are not real gold or plated, please understand they will turn over time do to natural factors such as moisture, weather, body oil, hair products etc.
How can I protect my jewelry?
- We recommend using a layer of clear spray paint or clear nail polish to protect your bamboo earrings. Also store your jewelry in a cool place away from sunlight.
I have a question about my order

I've broken my jewelry, do you offer repairs or replacement parts?

Why was my order cancelled?
- If you place an order for a custom item and do not leave a note, as well as do not provide an email address on your order for us to contact you, your order will be cancelled.
