Processing, Shipping and Policy Information

Processing and Delivery time:


For merchandise in our "Custom Jewelry" collection please allow AT LEAST (a minimum of) 4-6 weeks for all orders to be custom made and shipped out to you from the time your payment is received (this is standard and we do not do rush orders or guarantee that you will receive an item by a specific date) If you cannot patiently wait AT LEAST (a minimum of) 4-6 weeks, we ask kindly that you DO NOT order. Custom orders can take longer during sales and peak times. If you are in a rush we ask that you do not place an order with us at this time. During the COVID-19 pandemic, delays are probable, common and out of our control. Please take this into consideration before placing your order.

Please expect not to receive any updates on your order, before the 4-6 week window. When your order ships you will automatically receive your tracking number via email. (If you have not received an email, your tracking information is not yet available) 

For items in our "Ready To Ship" Collection your items will be shipped out and tracking information will be sent within 3-5 business days.

If you order items from both our Custom Jewelry and Ready To Ship collection your items will be mailed out together in the time frame for custom jewelry.

Shipping:

Orders purchased with standard shipping are sent via USPS First Class. You are able to upgrade to Priority shipping with insurance for an additional fee. If your items are received damaged by USPS Shop Amaya will replace complimentary if the shipping with insurance is purchased. Shipping with insurance is HIGHLY recommended for custom earring orders.

Please note, Shop Amaya is not responsible for any issues that occur within or during the shipping process of your order. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, and you have not received it, and/or your package appears to be damaged upon arrival, it is the buyer's responsibility to dispute with the shipping company directly. Thank You. Upon submitting your order on our website, you agree to these terms.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided, it is the buyers responsibility to purchase an additional shipping label.

Return Policy:

All sales are final! Yes, FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or returns (unless a manufacturing defect is present or you were sent the wrong item in error). Please feel more than free to ask any questions before placing your order through the website, to ensure your satisfaction.
